I give sessions because I love it. It is beautiful to be really present with a person and witness real transformation and honest change. Resulting from people allowing themselves to be open, and to really look and feel (often for the first time in many years). Being able to acknowledge the wounds and limiting self-sabotaging patterns the we acquired, but also our potential.
I’ve walked many paths myself and am still continuing. My background is in (neuro)psychology and I studied the effects of meditation on the brain as part of my PhD at the University of Amsterdam. To this day, I continue to lead studies on meditation, breathwork and psychedelics. In addition to science, I have immersed myself deeply in various approaches to healing, from Eastern meditation- and healing traditions to body-oriented psychotherapy and psychedelics. I work as a freelance psychologist and process facilitator.
