We all have developed ingrained habits of interpersonal interactions.

When we are totally engulfed in our own feelings, it is virtually impossible to have real communication. We remain stuck in our own vision and agenda, often without realizing it.

In groups or as a couple we practice combining mindfulness and meditation. Get to know yourself and the other on a deeper level.





Insight Dialogue

We will learn guidelines on how to meditate and contemplate together. This helps to stay in touch with yourself while talking and getting to know the other on a deeper level. We have many reflections for everyday life.



Open Consciousness Mediation

Chanling is a form of open-mind meditation. Learn how to open yourself to insights, solutions and feelings.
